The strategic partnership aims to accelerate the industrial-scale production of high-performance, sustainable materials tailored specifically for the European automotive and luxury fashion markets.

The joint venture, headquartered in Hehlen, Germany, integrates Modern Meadow’s proprietary bio-application platforms with HELLER-LEDER’s century-old expertise in premium leather manufacturing. The collaboration focuses heavily on scaling Modern Meadow’s Bio-VERA™ technology.
