The divestment is part of SABIC’s long-term “2030 Roadmap,” which prioritizes the development of advanced materials that support a low-carbon economy. By offloading these regional assets, the company is streamlining its operations to concentrate resources on its TRUCIRCLE™ initiative and its growing line of certified renewable polymers.
